Solution Architect

Job description:

  • As a Solutions Architect, you will educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Zuper solutions for their specific business needs, helping them increase business value and overcome challenges.
  • You will drive POCs, pilots, challenges, and evaluations, working hands-on with our customers using one of the best technologies in the market.
  • Solution design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom product solutions in line with business goals and industry standards. Create architecture diagrams for proposed designs and deliver presentations.
  • Technical Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy Zuper, encompassing workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting, to elevate customer support operations.
  • Integrations Design: Create and integrate Zuper with other systems and third-party applications to streamline FSM processes and facilitate data flow.
  • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
  • You enjoy tackling a wide variety of technical challenges patiently and pragmatically, never losing sight of the customer’s business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Help customers meet their technology and business requirements using Zuper product, solutions, and services.
  • Present the company, its capabilities, and technology in a highly professional and exciting way that will engage customers and help them see the business impact and competitive advantages of the Zuper offering.
  • Work diligently with the customer's technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs) to ensure the success of all customer POCs and pilots.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop effective account strategies and identify new account opportunities, as well as new business with existing accounts.
  • Address technical concerns, ideas, suggestions, customer feedback, and insights to improve product materials, technical best practices, and technical materials, while providing feedback to Product Management teams and RD.




  • The ideal candidate is a good listener with a talent for creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Cloud Stack and SaaS products
  • Extensive expertise in Enterprise landscapes across various domains, including ERP systems, Accounting Systems, HRMS, IDAM, and more
  • Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Project management experience is a valuable asset
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
